Client-Facing Planning - 2 days
Aimed at complex multi-national or global Clients, our planning process is designed to create a Value-Added Relationship with your Clients and an overall environment in which Clients recognise your importance and value in helping them achieve their business goals. We want them to understand that this approach to planning our mutual business is in their best interests and that their commitment to being deeply involved is essential.
This is a 2 day facilitated planning event from which the output is a detailed account plan for your Client. The plan will show your long term goal; the key objectives necessary to achieve your goal; the optimum strategies needed; the key actions you will have to take together with details of the necessary resources. Individual Client Managers and practice management can make informed decisions on the best use of their resources.
To bring about this position for you and your Client, you will need to:
