Consultancy Skills Workshop - 3 days

Aimed at anyone tasked with operating as consultants or in a consultative style to deliver services, generate fee income or provide expert advice and guidance on technical matters. 

The course will provide practical knowledge and skills for delegates operating in a consultative role for the first time, or refresh these generic skills for those returning to the role.

Course Objectives

Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to:

• Increase understanding of a systematic approach to the consulting process
• Enhance skill to use a range of consulting tools and techniques
• Increase confidence in dealing with clients/customers
