Michael has over thirty years experience in business, IT and consulting. He held leadership positions in the International Group of a “Big Four” Management Consultancy firm including the role of Director of Training – Europe. He has worked with major national and international clients developing and delivering complex business solutions in both the private and public sectors.

John Friend
John started in consultancy after 23 years of technical, marketing and management experience in the IT industry. Over the last 15 years he has been involved in a wide range of assignments in both the public and private sectors from developing business skills in newly emerging privatised industries and government agencies through to addressing the organisational impacts of new IT systems. John has over 10 years experience as a Managing Consultant addressing Client's management issues.

Mike Kearsley
Mike started his own consulting company after a successful career in business development for IBM as Marketing Development Manager and as a Principal Consultant with one of the “Big Four” Management Consultancy firms. His distinguished record has bee recognised with a string of qualifications and with the life time achievement award from the National Sales and Marketing Awards 2002. He has worked extensively internationally and is now Chair professional excellence awards BCS/ISEB.

Nick Moore
Nick has spent 30 years in the IT industry in a variety of roles including client management, business development, and general management in an international environment. He has experience of forming and managing joint ventures with international clients, and running a subsidiary company for a major IT services supplier.
