Facilitation Skills - 3 days
This course is designed for those who need to take an active role in facilitated workshops and predominantly for those who wish to perform the role of facilitator. The course defines the roles involved and the objectives of this type of workshop. It also indicates when facilitated workshops should be used. The course addresses key skills required for facilitating successful workshops and offers delegates practical experience by participation in workshop sessions. Where possible delegates will be offered two sessions to facilitate in order to put into practice immediately feedback from the course trainer and fellow participants. This is an intensive, highly participative course and its success depends on commitment towards the practical sessions, where some role playing will be utilised to simulate the participants in facilitated workshops.
