Introduction to Budgeting and Financial Control - 2 days

If you have just moved into a managerial or supervisory role for the first time, you may have to assume budget responsibility.  The idea of managing a department’s finances, not surprisingly, can be quite daunting. Don’t panic, this course will give you a thorough grounding in financial monitoring and control.

The course will provide new budget holders with a level of confidence and competence in managing their financial responsibilities effectively.
