Managing Performance - 1 day

This programme addresses how a manager can make improvements in the performance of individuals and teams. The workshop will explain how to use simple tools and techniques to analyse the performance of individuals and teams in the workplace and initiate improvements.  The emphasis is on daily and continuous performance improvement, not a quarterly or annual formal review.

Course Objectives

By the end of this workshop participants will have been able to:

  • Appreciate the link between performance management, employee development and business results
  • Practise techniques for performance improvement
  • Identify some development actions for themselves
  • Identify how to help others improve their performance
