When a team puts together a proposal, the aim is to win good business for its organisation. So, to do this it is vital that all members of the team, and those who help as members of the extended, virtual team, should fully understand the customer’s requirements that they are proposing to satisfy, and be able to make informed judgements about deciding whether to bid or not. This 2 day, highly participative workshop, is designed to enable teams produce proposals which they are proud of and which present their propositions in a manner most likely to help them win business.
