This will enable the consultant to understand and align with the dynamics and roles within a team in order to become part of a high performance team, benefiting from higher motivation and productivity delivering effective performance and outcomes.

Course Objectives

By the end of the workshop delegates will:

• Have diagnosed their team’s effectiveness using team diagnostic tools
• Have created a team change plan based on the 4 – 5 critical areas of  the business to create a high performing business team
• Have defined those team priorities and capabilities required to deliver high performance
• Have created a committed action plan, which will deliver improved productivity and performance
