Territory Planning - 2 days
All successful salespeople save over 30% of their time by planning their territory to maximise sales productivity. This requires an endorsed plan to achieve targets by focusing sales effort effectively. Plans detail objectives and associated activities. They demonstrate the potential benefits to your company, line management and the salesperson. Delegates will be expected to have completed 40% of their territory plan by the end of the two day module.
